When the keyboard is blocked it is also impossible to use the media keys to control the audio volume, brightness and audio player.

A complete list of media keys that should never or optionally be blocked is:
- volume up
- volume down
- volume mute toggle
- play/pause song
- stop song
- next song *
- previous song *
- brightness up
- brightness down

* Perhaps "next song" and "previous song" should always be blocked too to prevent the user continuing keyboard activity.

Implementing this would allow the user to change screen brightness, audio volume and audio player. Suppose the telephone is ringing and the music is loud while workrave is in a rest mode. This would allow muting the volume at least to be able to answer the phone.

I agree that this would be a very useful feature, though I'm not sure if it is easy to add to Workrave's keyboard locking...
